Make Your Own Cream Cheese
I bought some of the most delicious homemade cream cheese with maple syrup and pecans at my local Farmer’s Market. It made a great light supper for several days spread on cinnamon raisin bread, along with a bottle of muscadine wine (another Farmer’s Market purchase.) Crisp, full and perfect as the days are getting warmer.
Of course, anything that tastes that good must go into my book. So I researched how to make cream cheese and came up with this fantastic video.
While the cook in the video made her cream cheese spicy, I will be adding maple syrup and pecans to mine.
