In honor of the Saints going to the SuperBowl, I made a big pot of red beans and rice. Yum!Yum!

Sounds good. Being orginally from Texas I always use
pinto beans. I agree about the instant rice. Never! You can cook real
white rice just as fast. Brown rice takes longer, but is more
nutritious. Has a little stronger taste.
